Guinness World Record Attempt for “Largest Display of Chalk Pavement Art”

Here's your chance to be a part of something big! Audrey Barker, a librarian at our Caledonia Twp. Branch, partnered with a group of National Honor Society teens to present "Something to Celebrate," an attempt at the Guinness World Record of Largest Display of Chalk Pavement Art. The free event will be held on Friday, August 6 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Dobber Wenger Memorial Drive in Caledonia. KDL will be supplying all the chalk.

Participants will be designated a square and given a bucket of chalk.  All of the drawings should be family-friendly and depict some sort of celebration. All skill levels are welcome. Visit www.somethingtocelebrate.org for more information.

We hope to see you there!
