Stump the Librarian: Pizza Stomach

It’s time for another exciting episode of Stump the Librarian.  Jill takes on idioms and explains why we say “break a leg” to actors. The reason may surprise you. Liz’s fact of the day is about the gentle giraffe and it’s a real humdinger. Liz fields a question about a cow’s stomach and discovers which animal carries around rocks to help digestion. Our book recommendation comes from Jill who adores Zoey & Sassafras. It’s a STEM story with heart -- and a dragon. What a fun-filled episode!

Join our librarians every other Wednesday as they try to answer your inquisitive questions and see if it’s possible to stump a librarian. Do you have a burning question?
