Help launch kids to reading success
by sponsoring Mission: READ! Booster Packs filled with books, games and activities!
Each $100 gift covers the cost of a Booster Pack, which is tailored for kids in kindergarten through 3rd grade as part of Mission: Read. This new county-wide initiative helps kids learn to love reading and meet requirements of the new Read By Grade Three law in Michigan.
Six hundred Booster Packs have been distributed to all 19 KDL branches. Each pack contains books and high quality educational games and activities for children in grades kindergarten through third grade, to engage families in a fun way.
