Please note: requests submitted within 60 minutes of closing and any requests submitted during closed hours will be processed the next business day. If you have a more immediate need, please call 616-784-2007.
We'll check out your holds to you and then set your items aside in a locker that can be accessed 24 hours a day. You'll have one week to pick up your items.
Use the code 2020* to access the 24/7 Pickup Room, located just east of the main entrance. You'll then be able to open your assigned locker with your phone number.
