KDL Service Update as of Monday, May 4
Printing
- Printing (up to 50 pages free weekly) will return May 4 at all branches EXCEPT for Kentwood (Richard L. Root) and Cascade Township Branches.
- Printing will only be available through the Print-From-Anywhere service. You may use your phone, tablet or laptop at a library branch to print. To ensure your success in printing, please bring your device to the branch.
- Printing from KDL computers will not be available.
Photocopies & Faxing
- Photocopy and fax services are currently unavailable. However, if you can print a page using the Print-From-Anywhere service, you can print multiple copies of that page, but photocopier, fax and scanner services are currently unavailable.
Public Computers
- Public computers are not available at this time.
- WiFi is available at all branches.
Study Rooms
- Online room reservations will become available on Monday, May 4. Certain rooms will remain available on a first-come/first-served basis.
Patron Notifications
- Hold pickup notices (email, text, phone calls) will resume on Monday, May 4 and allow five days for patrons to pick up their holds. If you need an extension, please contact us.
- Automated phone notifications are unavailable at this time. Patrons with PHONE as their preferred notification method will receive EMAIL instead. If there is no email address on patron records, library staff will make a phone call to the patron.
- All items on the hold shelf prior to May 1 will be held until Friday, May 8.
