During the month of September, all 20 KDL branches will be collecting packages of diapers in all sizes to support the Kent County Great Start Parent Coalition Diaper Drive. Programs such as WIC and food stamps do not cover the cost of diapers. This is a simple way to help struggling families meet this need.
