Introducing the 2021-2023 Strategic Plan

We are pleased to announce our 2021-2023 Strategic Plan. The plan guides our purpose to further all people by highlighting three strategic focuses:

  1. Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
  2. Engagement and Service
  3. Sustainability

This strategic plan also outlines our purpose, vision, 3-5 year business goals, annual operational initiatives and core values. It serves as a lens to assess all ideas and determine priorities.
