Event Partnership and Bookmobile Request Form
Interested in partnering with KDL’s Community Engagement Department and having us come to your event?
Our team serves organizations in KDL’s service area which covers Kent County, with the exception of the City of Grand Rapids, City of Cedar Springs, Solon Township, and Sparta Township. Please fill out this form and we will respond at our earliest convenience.
Outreach/Events:
We are able to partner with organizations during programs, events, or festivals. Our staff offer activities for all ages, including Storytimes, library card sign-ups, tech training and more.
Bookmobile:
A Bookmobile visit includes the available services listed above as well as the ability for patrons to come aboard and browse our selection, check out materials, and place holds on items. Learn more here.
Schools and community centers that wish to request the Bookmobile should have:
- Large enough space to park it (45 feet long or the size of five combined car parking spaces).
- A nearby public restroom with a safe walking path.
- At least one volunteer/contact person who can help Bookmobile staff during the visit.
