Print From Anywhere

Easily print your documents at any KDL location.  Just upload your files using the printing portal, enter your library card number and click "Submit". Then visit any branch to retrieve your print job. Remember, printing is free up to 50 pages per week with your library card. Additional sheets cost $0.10 each.

Print by Upload

  1. Open the Printing Portal
  2. If you have a Library card, use the “Login with Barcode and PIN” button. (This will give you 50 pages free per week.)
  3. If you do not have a Library card, you can still print using the “Guest Name” button.
  4. In the required fields, enter your Library card number and PIN, or a Guest name as an identifier. You need this to retrieve your print job.
  5. Click "Select File" to upload your documents.
  6. Select your printing preferences (quantity, color or black-and-white, single or double-sided, etc.)
  7. Click "Submit".

In-Branch Pickup

Printing up to 50 sheets:

  1. Go to the printer inside any KDL branch.
  2. Scan or type your library card number at the printing kiosk.
  3. Pick up your prints.

Printing more than 50 sheets:

  1. Visit the service desk to pay for additional pages.
  2. Pick up your prints.

Curbside Pickup

Available for print jobs of up to 50 sheets.  Larger jobs must be paid for and picked up in branch.

  1. Park in a curbside parking spot.
  2. Call the number on the curbside parking sign.
  3. Give your library card number to the library staff.
  4. Staff will print your documents and bring them to your vehicle.

The Details

  • KDL and Lakeland Library Cooperative cardholders can print up to 50 sheets per week for free.  Guests without library cards can print up to 10 free sheets.
  • Print jobs will stay in the queue for 72 hours.
  • Printing is offered through KDL’s printing portal web form.

To use the printing portal:
