StoryWalk

Walk along, read along! Kent District Library teams up with Kent County Parks to bring you special outdoor StoryWalks to enjoy with your family. Find StoryWalks at these parks in Summer 2023:

KDL's StoryWalk program features Braille enhancement. The text of the story and corresponding activities will be available in Braille on each storyboard, expanding accessibility and allowing more families to enjoy.

Learn about KDL's Talking Book & Braille Center to explore more resources and services for people who are blind or have visual impairments.

Each page on the story walk corresponds to one of the Success Basics. They are five fun and effective ways to help your child grow.

You can find our Summer Wonder StoryWalks at these park locations. Thanks to the Kent County Parks for helping make this StoryWalk possible.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
