The Kent County Health Department is teaming up with Kent District Library to give out free radon test kits at select branches through the month of January, in observance of Radon Action Month.
County health officials are looking to help protect residents against the colorless, odorless gas that is responsible for approximately 21,000 deaths in the U.S. each year.
