Meet Sara! She is a Branch Outreach and Programming Specialist. Her position gives her the opportunity to work behind the scenes and on site to ensure that KDL is providing patrons with the best outreach and programming available.
"One thing I love about my position is getting to work with so many different individuals --- from patrons to staff to community partners," Sara said. "Providing patrons with a safe and inclusive environment has taken on a new meaning during the past year as we've worked to find ways to serve our community's evolving needs. It's exciting to find new and creative ways to bring our services to our patrons!"

It's way too difficult for me to decide on a single favorite book! However, I'm quite the fan of graphic novels and three of my favorites are Nimona by Noelle Stevenson, Mis(h)adra by Iasmin Omar Ata and the Tea Dragon Society series by Katie O'Neill.
