If you reach out to Kent District Library via phone, email or chat, you will most likely connect with one of these amazing people. They are so smart, so friendly and so helpful! No matter the question, they will either have an answer or do their best to get one.
They are the front-line knowers-of-all-things: the hub where patrons and staff turn when they need information, support or a steady hand in the swirl of library activity. The team averages around 7,300 calls and 2,100 Ask KDL questions per month! They help keep track of interlibrary loans with over 400 Michigan libraries! If you want a book that isn’t in our collection, they can probably borrow it for you from a buddy library.
