It’s hard to believe, but the Amy Van Andel Library is celebrating five wonderful years of stories, learning and community. To mark the branch's fifth birthday on February 5, we’re hosting a birthday week full of fun, with a few surprises sprinkled in along the way.
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, Feb. 2, 3 & 4 at 10:00 AM – Birthday-Themed Storytimes
Join us for birthday-themed storytimes, filled with festive stories and cheerful energy.
Monday, Feb. 2 at 1:00 PM – Babytime
Enjoy a special Babytime, perfect for our youngest library lovers and their caregivers. Expect sweet stories, songs and plenty of cozy moments.
Thursday, Feb. 5 brings a few unexpected delights. Throughout the afternoon, a handful of patrons will be in the right place at the right time for a little extra birthday magic. We can’t say much more—but trust us, it’ll be worth a visit. You might even spot a familiar KDL face adding to the fun.
If you stop in for a visit, make sure to check out the amazing ice sculpture in our courtyard! You can also enjoy our WonderKnook play space, cozy seating, lovely ambiance and vast collection.
