Have your kids started their Legendary Readers adventure yet? There’s still plenty of time! Kent District Library’s fun, cryptid-themed reading program runs through June 12, and all K–5 students are invited to participate.
Legendary Readers encourages children to read, write or visit the library for 100 days during the school year—an easy, flexible way to build strong reading habits and discover new favorites. Families can pick up a tracking log at any KDL branch, print one online or use the Beanstack app to participate.
Already finished the program? Congrats, Legendary Readers! Prizes are now available in branches. Pick up your Bigfoot flashlight and enter the drawing for one of ten $100 Schuler Books gift cards.
