Kent District Library is pleased to welcome Jennifer DeVault as the Director of Library Operations. DeVault is responsible for supporting a culture of innovation and customer service at KDL, evaluating and managing new projects, collaborating with internal and external partners, and overseeing the selection and acquisition of all library materials, programs, and resources for the fulfillment of library services.
“I’m excited to be a part of the culture at KDL,” said DeVault. “I have spent my entire professional career building communities and engaging teams, and I’m happy to be able to bring that experience to KDL. I'm looking forward to working in the branches with the staff to continue to bring the best customer service and positive environment to our team and our patrons.”
Before joining KDL, DeVault worked as the Executive Director for the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan. She has also served as the Vice President of the Barry Community Foundation and Director of Leadership Barry County.
