Kent District Library is pleased to announce Maria Page's promotion to the Regional Manager I position at the Plainfield Twp. and Comstock Park Branches. Page will provide direct and indirect supervision of all branch staff. She will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of library services and will serve as a community liaison representing Kent District Library.
Page began working for KDL in 2012 and has held a variety of roles including Shelver, Circulation Assistant and Branch Librarian. She received her Master of Library and Information Science Degree from the University of Illinois. When she's not at the library, she enjoys gardening, foraging mushrooms, learning to weave and spending time outdoors with her family.
