The library is many different things for many different people, and at two KDL branches, it will soon become a mini golf course and retro arcade! At the Friday events, people can enjoy a special after-hours event with retro arcade games, mini golf and more. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Then on Saturday, teens and adults can come for a free play day of your favorite arcade games along with pinball.
"We are offering this as a way to bring patrons to the library to beat the winter blues and create a community for gamers," said Leigh Verburg, Branch Outreach and Programming Specialist at the Cascade Twp. Branch.
