The Kelloggsville Branch of Kent District Library, located in Kelloggsville High School, is turning five! The Branch is celebrating with a Birthday Bash taking place from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Wednesday, August 2. The community is invited to this free event that will include snacks, balloon animals, crafts, games, library and Bookmobile tours and even a foam party!
"We love the community that we serve, and we want everyone in the community to know about what the library has to offer," said Cameron Holmes, branch librarian at the Kelloggsville Branch. "The Birthday Bash allows us to celebrate with our patrons and hopefully get to know some new friends."
The Kelloggsville Branch opened in 2018 when a state-of-the-art media center within Kelloggsville High School was transformed into a community library. KDL manages the two-story facility, which is open to community members after school hours and during the summer.
The Kelloggsville Branch is located at 4787 Division Avenue, SW. The party will take place outdoors in the bus loop.
We hope to see you there!
