I recently had the pleasure of visiting the roastery and meeting with Rosie Quasarano and Alex Burbo, two of the kindest and most passionate coffee folks you’ll ever meet.
Rosie and Alex shared the story of how Littlefoot launched in West Michigan right as the pandemic hit—a daunting time for any new business. But with creativity and grit, they pivoted quickly, building a successful home delivery service that brought their ethically sourced, small-batch coffee straight to customers’ doors.
During my visit, I enjoyed a Golden Moon Latte, a drink that tasted like the best version of fall. Their cozy “Cabin Room” space is the perfect spot to sip and savor, and it’s clear that every detail — from the roasting process to the customer experience — is handled with care.
